Customs fees

Customs can retain a package, so DevilFish declines all responsibility for the expenses that customs may demand in these cases. It will be the customer who decides to pay these expenses or not, to be able to receive his/her order.

Cancellation and refund orders

To make the return, the User must contact DevilFish within the period granted through our email (info@devilfishbrand.com) indicating the product or products subject to return, attaching a photograph and a detailed list of the defects appreciated in them.

The User may return to DevilFish, without added cost, any product that has a manufacturing defect. The term will be a maximum of 14 calendar days, counting from the date of delivery, to claim the replacement of the product or the refund of the amount. If this period is exceeded, the damages will be borne by the User.

If for any reason, the User is not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days, from the date of delivery of the order to return it. Fulfilling thus the art. 102 and 104, of R.D.L. 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

The User must send the product in perfect conditions, without use and with the packaging, including labels. The return shipment to our warehouse is the responsibility of the User but in case of change, you do not have to pay the shipping costs of the new order. If this is not done by the User, DevilFish reserves the right to refuse return. If the products reach DevilFish damaged due to improper packaging, the return will not be handled.

In case of reimbursement, the payment of the amount of the products will be returned, minus the cost of returning them. The costs of sending the order will only be reimbursed in the case of defective or incorrect products.

Once we receive the merchandise and verify that all the above conditions are met, Defilfishbrand.com will accept the return of the product and will proceed to the reimbursement of its amount according to the modality of payment made, and where appropriate, to the shipment of the new product :

a. If you made the payment through credit card or paypal, the amount will be paid on the same credit card or paypal account.

b. If you made the payment by transfer, the User will be asked for an account number to pay the amount.

Note: You will receive the refund of the amount within a maximum period of 20 days from the receipt in our warehouse of the exchange or return product. The User must bear in mind that if he made the payment by credit card it is probable that his bank does not show the amount of the refund until the following month.

The actual colors of the screen and fabric colors may vary with respect to the images on the web page.

All designs are made and belong to DevilFish, so its reproduction is prohibited.

In the event that DevilFish does not have stock of the products for all Users and in the quantities required at the time of purchase. The User will be offered the possibility of choosing between the refund of the amount paid, or requesting the sending of another model that the User voluntarily chooses or expects to have stock.

DevilFish informs you that all prices shown in the Online Store include the Value Added Tax (21% VAT) applicable to EU.

DevilFish reserves the right to unilaterally modify, at any time and without prior notice, the prices of the products, as well as to suspend or cancel its sale temporarily or definitively.

Offers & Discounts

DevilFish can offer the User, either through its Marketing tools, or through agreements with other companies or websites, the possibility of using promotional codes that can be entered in the summary page of the cart by the User. The discounts that are applied with the promotional codes may be of different types:
· Discount applicable to part of the order
· Discount applicable to the entire order
· Discount with or without minimum purchase required
· Discount in value or percentage discount
· Etc.

The specific conditions of each promotional code will be those that appear associated with it, understanding if these were not written, the general conditions expressed in this point.

Users who make use of promotional codes should bear in mind that these may not be cumulative.
